Chapter 6: Scenario 1, Phase 5

S1.1- In order to improve this outcome, after the students have collected the data they need on the countries and have organized it, they could present their information to the class and discuss their findings. As a class they can discuss the similarities and differences of the countries to America or even to other countries.

S1.2- In order to keep track of the students progress, at the end of every week or after everytime they work on the project, Mia should write down the progress of the class in certain areas. She could keep track of how long they use the technology, how long they work on the final product, etc.

S1.3- One way to find out would be to have a talk with those two groups to see what problems they had. You could also look at what areas they did well on such as research and look at the areas they didn't do well on such as maybe putting they information together.

S1.4- I'm sure the students would like for their final products to look professional, but I would prefer for the students to complete them themselves.

This post was relevant because I liked that you mentioned that the teacher should talk to the two groups who didn’t go as well. It is important for teachers to get feedback from students. Teachers can really understand how the students feel when they ask for feedback and from that information can make better decisions in the future.
